I do my research in the field of Behavioral Sciences and Organizational Behavior. I completed my doctoral thesis on "The Mediating Role of Organizational Agility in the Effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance". Areas I Focus on: Organizational Culture, Organizational Agility, Organizational Performance, Agile Leadership, Personnel Empowerment, Job Satisfaction, Commitment to the Organization, Mixed Methods Research. Plus, I am a Math Engineer and assessor about competence. I have completed my master's degree in Industry and Organizational Psychology department. The main objective of this study is to determine and test the effects of macroeconomic factors on... more The main objective of this study is to determine and test the effects of macroeconomic factors on the prices of the Manufacturing and Financial sector in BIST100. In addition to the determination of relations, it is aimed to determine whether these relations are mutual. In this study, monthly data covering Granger Causality Test and 2007: 01-2018: 11 period are used. Stock prices in manufacturing and financial sectors in BIST100 as dependent variables, gold prices as independent variables, USD rate, Euro rate, interest rate, export figures, unemployment rate, capacity utilization rate, crude oil prices, industrial production index, consumer confidence index and consumer price index are used. According to Granger causality test results, a one-way relationship was found between Euro exchange rate and financial sector index. It is determined that there is a bi-directional relationship between CPI variable and financial sector index. From the financial sector index to the industrial production index and export amount, a one-way relationship was determined. In terms of the causality relationship in terms of the manufacturing sector, a one-way relationship has been found between the industrial production index and the manufacturing sector. In addition, a one-way causality relationship was obtained from the manufacturing sector to the export figures.

This article explores the potential of Agile leadership as a strategic response to the complexities of the BANI world. Drawing on a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, empirical studies, and illuminating case studies, this research examines the interplay between Agile leadership principles and the unique characteristics of the BANI environment. Furthermore, our findings indicate that the scalability and adaptability of Agile leadership vary contextually. Understanding the factors influencing this scalability and adaptability is essential for both large corporations and non-profit entities. Resilience emerges as a central theme in the context of brittleness, emphasizing Agile leadership's role in enabling organizations to navigate constant change and uncertainty. Additionally, the relationship between Agile leadership and innovation merits deeper exploration, particularly in sectors where innovation is pivotal to success. This research concludes by underscoring the imperative of bridging the gap between the theoretical underpinnings of Agile leadership and its practical implementation, offering a call for future research to provide practical guidance to organizations. The potential of interdisciplinary perspectives to enhance our understanding of Agile leadership is highlighted, emphasizing collaborations across various domains. In summation, this research illuminates Agile leadership as a dynamic and versatile strategy capable of addressing the intricate challenges of the BANI world. The insights derived from this study provide valuable guidance to organizations seeking to enhance their adaptability, innovation, and resilience in a continuously evolving and uncertain environment.

ÖRGÜTSEL KRONİZMİN İŞTEN AYRILMA NİYETİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNDE İŞE YABANCILAŞMANIN ARACI ROLÜ

Bu araştırma, örgütsel kronizmin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisinde, işe yabancılaşmanın a... more Bu araştırma, örgütsel kronizmin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisinde, işe yabancılaşmanın aracı rolünü tespit etmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu amaçla Hatay ve Osmaniye illerindeki iki demir çelik tesisinde çalışan 300 işgören, araştırma örneklemine dâhil edilmiştir. Nicel yöntemlerle 300 kişiden elde edilen veriler, SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılarak bir dizi regresyon analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonucuna göre, örgütsel kronizm ile işe yabancılaşma ve işten ayrılma niyeti değişkenleri arasında olumlu yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde, işe yabancılaşma ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında olumlu yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, araştırma hipotezlerini test etmek için Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli (YEM) kullanılmış olup, örgütsel kronizmin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisinde, işe yabancılaşmanın aracı rolünü üstlendiği tespit edilmiştir. Buradan hareketle, araştırmaya katılanların örgütsel kronizme ait tutum puanları arttıkça, işe yabancılaşma ve işten ayrılma niyetine ilişkin puanlarının da arttığı tespit edilmiştir.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, bireysel yatırım kararları ile davranışsal finans eğilimleri arasındaki il... more Bu araştırmanın amacı, bireysel yatırım kararları ile davranışsal finans eğilimleri arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Araştırma örneklemi 175 kişi olup, İstanbul, Kocaeli, Zonguldak illerindeki İmalat ve Hizmet sektörlerine ait firma çalışanlarıdır. Araştırmada kullanılan soru formu katılımcıların demografik özellikleriyle "Katılımcının Yatırım Kararları" ölçeğinden oluşmuştur. Söz konusu ölçekteki davranışsal eğilimler faktör analizi sonucunda, tutuculuk, temsiliyet, çapalama, sürü davranışı, geri görüş, kendine atfetme, kayıptan kaçınma ve zihinsel muhasebe, aşırı güven, aşırı iyimserlik, aşina olma, çerçeveleme, kontrol yanılsaması adı verilen alt boyutlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışmamızda Anova, Ki-kare, T-testi analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, davranışsal finans eğilim düzey/leri ile hisse senedi, vadeli mevduat ve yatırım fonu tercihleri arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca tutuculuk ve temsiliyet eğilimleri ile hisse senedi tercihleri; çapalama ve kendine atfetme eğilimleri ile yatırım fonu tercihleri; kontrol yanılsaması ile hazine bonosu tercihleri arasında anlamlı ilişki elde edilmiştir. Demografik özellikler açısından ise cinsiyet ile sürü davranışı, aşırı iyimserlik ve aşina olma eğilimleri; medeni durum ile sürü davranışı ve kendine atfetme eğilimleri; yaş grupları ile tutuculuk, kendine atfetme, aşırı güven ve aşırı iyimserlik; eğitim düzeyi ile kendine atfetme, kayıptan kaçınma ve zihinsel muhasebe eğilimleri; gelir düzeyi ile tutuculuk, çapalama, sürü davranışı, kendine atfetme, kayıptan kaçınma ve zihinsel muhasebe eğilimleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu saptanmıştır.

These leaders can uncover the strengths of their employees, use their insights to transition the organization's intended change, and take advantage of the opportunities in change while trying to minimize their negative impact on the organization. Organizations that incorporate agile into their processes through agile leaders are better able to respond quickly to change and deliver superior business value to their stakeholders. With agile leadership, organizations will be in a better position to quickly detect developments in the business environment and achieve agility with few resources. As the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) of today's business world continue to pose great challenges for many organizations, this research examines the impact of agile leadership style on organizational performance from the perspective of VUCA world.

The research sample consists of 140 company employees belonging to the Manufacturing, Service, IT, Retail and Agriculture sectors in the provinces of Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Tekirdağ, Kocaeli and Zonguldak. The research consists of six chapters. Following the introduction, the historical process of the world economy has been studied under four groups. The next section, current issues shaping the world economy in the world, and given the current economic indicators is continuing in Turkey were discussed as separate groups. In the fifth chapter, short and long-term macroeconomic forecasts in the perspective of world economy were examined and a general evaluation was made in the conclusion section.
