Ingredients:
1 cup green apple (110 g) peeled, chopped
1/2 cup frozen banana (70 g)
1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt (113 g)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (120 ml) or cashew milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (31 g)
1 tbsp caramel drizzle (19 g)
1 tbsp liquid caramel syrup - I use sugar free
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
tiny pinch salt
2-4 large ice cubes to thicken

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle inside of cup with more caramel (optional), pour, and enjoy immediately!
