License stated in metadata differs from metadata stated in description. CC-BY license by design allows redistribution so if it is not really under CC-BY and under your custom license, please remove metadata of CC-BY

I think the problem still isn't resolved. You had changed license in metadata from CC-BY to CC-BY-ND but it only means people can't do changes to your work but also exists NC component which is about non commercial.
Please, read this official and short explanation of each of CC license.
Also you can try license chooser.
But anyway please make sure you really understand meaning of the license. It is a very big problem when people state in metadata license they don't really understand... And I contributed to this problem very much... :/
Btw, CC licenses mostly mean opensource spirit of sharing and etc...
