Discord is a proprietary service. I try to exclude all the proprietary apps/services from my life so I won't create discord. Even if you think it is a convenient thing to have discord server, I will answer "NO! THERE WON'T BE DISCORD SERVER"

As a host I know theme in advance so I started a bit earlier than everyone else. But don't worry I am not going to use my power to cheat so I keep track on when I started to finish without exceeding limit of time which is given to all other people... It is generally already done and I just need to  bring all the drawings in perfect shape. Which will take just several days. It is a minor but tedious task to spread all the parts of the finished drawings among separate tilesheets. I won't submit this to the jam because I've already exceeded time limits of the jam. I still think if I should separate clothes patterns on top/bottom pattern as also how to keep track of combined clothes pattern. Btw, here is a sneak peak of what I drew this time ;)

I am quite surprised that I drew girls better than boys. Always when I tried to draw people in pixel art, the boys looked better than girls. I started from boy heads but somewhat girl heads just looked better. And because of this most clothes/patterns look prettier on girls so amount of descent girl combinations is going to be greater than amount of descent boy combinations

The jam just started earlier for 1,5 days. Don't worry end time isn't changing. If you wonder why, so the answer is that I just wanted it to start sooner. Just because I want...

You can leave the jam while it is still in progress but you can't do it if it is ended. And by the end I mean that voting period started. After that you really can't do anything...

I understand the wish to make art specialized for theme. I also do jams (for pixel art) and I have the same attraction to the idea of the specialized art. One time I even selected theme in a way that my usual jam banner could suffice for a theme so I wouldn't need to draw anything new :P Wish you good luck

Finally found the name of manga it reminded me "The Manga Guides" which is a manga with the same idea as your game. Teach people along telling stories

Interesting. But it changes a bit for developer. Almost each developer wants their games (assets too) to be played by more people. How the games are sorted in search are a secret of itch to not be abused but we certainly know that stars influence it and when give someone a star you not only make their heart warmer but it will also give a game a bit of promotion which is kinda valuable too.

About support. When you star the game, those who are subscribed to you see that you starred the game in their feed so you spread the game among your subscribers which is also support

I had also looked at your account. Just in case if you want to support your favorite itch games more. If you had viewed pages of other users, you probably had noticed that some people place on their page playlist with name "supported by <name of the account>" or "Things I like" where the person adds games they liked. When my game was added in two such playlists I got 15% boost of views. My game is trash so gets little of views but still it got +15% of views. When authors of those playlists added more games to their playlists and my game was hidden from views of those who came to their account pages I loosed the boost of 15%. If the game is popular and you have a little of views of your page everyday it will be a little for the game but it is still a result. As a creator of small and shitty games I can say that if someone adds my game to the playlist of this kind it is a holiday for me

Also there is a dedicated thread on itch to share games you liked (isn't for assets but though). It is also a great support for developer.

I usually draw pixel art (but going to learn music this time) and I wanted to say that your banner is cool. I especially liked animation of the mouth! I didn't expect that it is possible to create animation of the mouth just from several circles and elipses and it looks so smooth!

Speaking of never changing things (not really but it was just a perfect start of the sentence :P), do you want to participate in my pixel art jam again? I already created it!

I think the problem still isn't resolved. You had changed license in metadata from CC-BY to CC-BY-ND but it only means people can't do changes to your work but also exists NC component which is about non commercial.

Please, read this official and short explanation of each of CC license.

But anyway please make sure you really understand meaning of the license. It is a very big problem when people state in metadata license they don't really understand... And I contributed to this problem very much... :/

Btw, CC licenses mostly mean opensource spirit of sharing and etc...

License stated in metadata differs from metadata stated in description. CC-BY license by design allows redistribution so if it is not really under CC-BY and under your custom license, please remove metadata of CC-BY

Hello. I received several donations and it is strange for me that no one from those who donated seems to rank. Is it normal when people don't rank your work while doing donation? Do you see the same? It is strange to see that something real and valuable as money is "more" likely achievable than stars which are virtual and doesn't cost anything

Ok. It was funnier than I expected. Usually don't like clones of famous games but it was fun. I even won and found the end of the world. I have a question. How do the asteroids work? It seemed to me that they work kinda like physics based. Attracting to the player and each other? But I am not sure... And obviously thank you for using my asset
