Design/methodology/approach: This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 55 employees at state-owned public bodies, in this study using sampling 55 employees. The analysis method in this study uses path analysis. The selection of this model aims to determine the direct or indirect influence of competency variables and workloads on employee performance variables through work motivation variables. Findings: These results prove that Competence affects employee performance in state-owned public bodies. Workload negatively affects Employee Performance in companies of state-owned public bodies. While the motivation of Work affects employee performance. Competency positively affects employee workload motivation negatively affects employee's work motivation. Competence through Work Motivation positively affects Employee Performance. Workload through Work Motivation negatively affects Employee Performance in state-owned public bodies. Originality/value: Previous research measured the Effect of Competence and Workload on Employee Performance Through Employee Work Motivation on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange, while this research focused on state-owned public bodies.

Objective: This paper aims to test the effect employee job training has on employee career develo... more Objective: This paper aims to test the effect employee job training has on employee career development in the company. Design/methodology/approach: This paper uses a quantitative approach with the process of finding the knowledge by using data in the form of numbers as a tool that can be generalized to prove hypotheses. The population in this study was 135 employees by sampling 100 employees using sampling method probability by using random sampling type samples to use slovin formula. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regressions. Findings: The results showed that job training influences the career development of employees in companies with a significant rate of 0.00 less than $\alpha$=0.05. Practical Implications: The results of the study are recommended for company employees to conduct job training as a tool to improve career development. Originality: Previous research has been conducted to test job training on employee career development in large companies; the findings conclude that employee job training affects employee career development. This research researchers try to research medium-scale companies down.

The research sample used Company employees was 65 respondents. The research information analysis method uses path analysis using the PLS-SEM application. The results of research findings explain that the influence of organizational culture has an influence on employee performance in the company.Organizational communication climate hasn't an influence on employee performance. Employee retention hasn't an influence on employee performance, conversely, the indirect effect of organizational culture if it is included to improve employee's performance has a very large effect on improving influence of organizational communication climate and employee retention has a significant to increase performance in the company.

Data variable Leadership, work culture and performance of state-owned public agency companies (SOEs). The research method used is the correctional survey method to study the dynamics of correlation between risk factors and effects by approach, observation, or data collection at once. Findings: The results of this study Leadership have an influence on performance in publicly owned companies, Work Culture has an influence on performance in publicly owned companies, while together leadership variables and work culture variables have an influence on performance variables on publicly owned companies. Practical Implications: The study results are recommended for employees to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of state-owned public bodies. Originality: Previous research has examined the effect of leadership and the culture of work on the performance of Indonesia Stock Exchange companies, and the results have shown that leadership and the working culture in the performance of Indonesia Stock Exchange manufacturing firms. This research evaluates the effects of audit delays for industrial firms listed on the Indonesian... more This research evaluates the effects of audit delays for industrial firms listed on the Indonesian stock exchange on leverage, firms size, public accounting size, and audit opinions. Sampling was taken from 82 company's on the list Indonesian Stock Exchange. Used the Purposive sampling process, samples were collected—some regression hypothesis analysis. Findings from multiple regression models suggest that large and non-large account scales determine audit delays. Such audit delays don't impact leverage, the Firm's size, and audit opinions. Impacts of these findings will be recommended auditors to improve their audit performance effectiveness and quality and contribute to the audit literature for all available research. The originality of the audit delay as an explanatory variable in audit assessment studies can lead to a better understanding of auditor ratings and decision-making processes in big for auditors and non-big for developing country auditors.

Implications: The recommended implementation model is a collaboration model involving cross-sector stakeholders by synchronizing internal corporate rules with regional development schemes. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan karyawan Perusahaan sebanyak 80 responden. Metode analisis informasi penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur menggunakan aplikasi PLS-SEM. Hasil temuan penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pengaruh disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi. Disiplin kerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kinerja karyawan, sebaliknya disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi yang diterima karyawan.

Previous studies measured the level of volatility of earnings, net income, and comprehensive income on the share price, but when trialing other approaches by causality, share prices affect net income and comprehensive income but not for profit volatility. In this study, however, the change includes detailed income variables due to Financial Accounting Standard No. 1, a shift in terms from profit and loss statements to systematic profit and loss statements.
Originality: Previous research has tested the impact of compensation and discipline on employee performance, previous research looking at the relationship or relationship between compensation and discipline affects the employee performance in Indonesian Stock Exchange manufacturing companies, although in the health sector that concluded the results differed that the discipline of work did not affect employee performance, but overall the results concluded that compensation and discipline of work affect the performance of the company's employees.
