I’m merely a feeble writer who loves dissecting my favourite
blorbos apart to figure out their thought processes and mannerisms, and
what essentially compels them in any hypothetical scenario I might fling them
into :)
*Disclaimer: I don’t always follow back, but when I do, I don’t… PSYCHE! lol I’m joking. Generally speaking though, I follow blogs that interest me, or if we’re already friends/I already know you from some place, or if we’ve spoken often enough that I feel we’ve reached a sort-of-acquaintances-but-not-quite-friends-yet level of mutual virtual camaraderie. **Disclaimer part 2: My fics consists of both SFW and NSFW content but I always list ratings and tag for all major content warnings (as much as I can) at the beginning of every fic.So, please do heed the warnings/tags, especially for my darker pieces, and curate your reading experience as necessary.
I generally like leaving some things up to reader interpretation/imagination in my writing since authorial intent =/= reader response. Comments are always welcomed and appreciated.
***Disclaimer part 3: Fandom wank/disk-horse isn’t really my style; I’m too stuck in my own head tinkering away at my own brain-rotting thoughts/imagining fic scenarios. My general fandom motto: YMMV, to each their own, ship and let ship, etc. etc. Basically, don’t be a douche and cause real harm towards real people. Block and/or unfollow as needed, I don’t really care tbh.
I had been waiting so long to run free, but that good-bye was harder than I ever imagined. I’ll never forget that boy. And how we won back our freedom together. Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron (2002) dir. Kelly Asbury, Lorna Cook
Series: Genshin Impact Characters/Pairing: Kaveh x Al-Haitham, Mehrak Rating: T Tags: Valetine’s Day, White Day, Chocolates, Fluff and Humour, Established Relationship, Implied Sexual Content, Top Kaveh/Bottom Al-Haitham. Summary: Kaveh attempts a surprise; things go awry, and Al-Haitham is a tease. A/N: For Liz’s prompt: “Kaveh makes a chocolate puzzle box for Al-Haitham but it melts before he can give it to him.” I first wrote this as a short drabble for V-day last year, and then forgot about it till now because time is a social construct. So I decided to rewrite it and brush it up for posting this time.
“Oh no,” Kaveh said, dismay and disappointment articulated all too succinctly in just two syllables.
“Hm,” Al-Haitham supplied, almost as eloquently, arms folded across his chest and curiosity evident in his sharp gaze. “And this is…?”
“It’s a puzzle made of chocolate…”
Al-Haitham angled his head, arching a brow at the opened box on the coffee table once more.
“Or at least it was supposed to be,” Kaveh continued, one hand already massaging at the space between his eyes. “Miss Enteka was kind enough to let me use her kitchen two days ago so I could make it for you. I’d arranged for it to be delivered this afternoon, but I never expected the weather today to be so scorching that it’d melt the puzzle so quickly like this!”
Hey, oomfies! This Eid, let’s spread some more love to Gaza. Grassroots orgs there are doing incredible work despite the many limitations…getting food, meds, and shelter to families who’ve lost everything. Even a few bucks can make a real difference. Donate the cost of a coffee!
Eid Mubarak to everyone. Thinking about everyone in Palestine and Sudan who can’t celebrate as they used to. I pray that all will better for the next Eid.
Sumeru Archon Quest: Divorced never dated arc. Living together due to Kaveh’s financial difficulties and lingering sentimentality from Alhaitham’s part.

Kaveh Hangout Quest: Reconciliation arc. Kaveh contemplates his current life and comes to the realization of how important companionship is even if the two person can’t fully understand each other. Also starts to comes to terms with his past regarding his mother. We can observe how Alhaitham emotionally supports Kaveh from the background.
Kaveh’s birthday letter: Completed reconciliation arc. Kaveh has mostly embraced the idea of living with Alhaitham and sees their house as his “home.” Both are enjoying each other’s companionship. The relationship is noticeably lighter and softer compared to the beginning.
Cyno 2nd Story Quest: THEY’RE NEWLYWED YOUR HONOR arc. Honeymoon to Fontaine when? <-Currently here
(Update) 5.1 Sabzeruz Festival Event: The relationship has come full circle. Their friendship is restored to the point that it’s reminiscent of how it once was during their Akademiya days (Kaveh calling Alhaitham “my friend”), but something completely new and different. Also? Not only are they married, now Mehrak is placed in her rightful place as their construct daughter. <- Currently here
I want to try so many little hobbies. Candle making, soap making, basket weaving, wood carving, book binding, baking, weaving, I want to try them all.
I almost made a post about this the other day (unless i actually did and totally forgot) but there’s so many
I was going to make a list, but then i realized this is a good time to share this book
Making Stuff and Doing things is a whole collection of old punk DIY zines about making and doing just about anything, even things you probably never knew you wanted to do.
Book binding? In there.
Making bowls from old vinyl records? I made a whole ton for my brother’s grad party last year.
Basics of guitar? Making rubber stamps? Silk screening? Composting? Homemade beer, root beer, and wine? Soymilk?? Quill pens??? All in there.
Since it’s more punk, it doesn’t have a ton of the folksy, cottage vibes/hobbies, but it’s all about being resourceful and sustainable, which they both have in common.
If i ever need to do anything I’m not sure of, I double check this book to see if there’s anything in there. It’s one of the only books on diy I’ve ever needed.
