You can use a soft toothbrush and neutral soup to give the Evil Xisuma a bath every once in a while, make sure his armor and visor are properly clean and sparkling, don't forget the rubber toy ghast and strider to keep the Evil Xisuma happy while being bathed

make sure to be as quick as possible and provide a treat as positive reinforcement after such a stressful encounter for the Evil Xisuma. otherwise, bath time will become difficult in the future

sometimes, The Evil Xisuma can cause harm to the unsuspecting Xisuma. It's recommended to keep them in separate living spaces if they're not being supervised in play time. If they seem to be living without any incidents and sleeping closer to each other, you can leave them together for longer periods of time

It's impossible to take the Knight and the Worm away from the Evil Xisuma after the attachment is created. It's best to leave it alone.

Otherwise, the Evil Xisuma can become stressed and moody, refuse to eat and sleep for longer periods of time, this also occurs if the Evil Xisuma is not provided with the unsuspecting Xisuma for play time regularly

Oh, finally a world building thing I have that can be put to use.

Wyverns with human forms that have underdeveloped muscles in their legs meaning they can’t stand or walk on their legs for long periods of time. When they take on human forms, they use walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, or other mobility devices to get around. Most take on half human-half draconic forms because full human forms can be uncomfortable (I’ll go more into depth about that later) walk with their arm/wings on the ground. Think elbow crutches but leaning a little farther forward for comfort

Undead people experiencing bouts of not being able to move properly, similar to rigor mortis. It goes away after a while, but it is cyclical and comes back over and over again.

Phantom limb sensations for people that hide extra limbs and appendages.

People that have lost their tails having a hard time balancing and walking.

People with lightning or storm spirit ancestry experiencing chronic seizures due to their powers disrupting the electrical signals in their brains.

People in the Void being unable to breathe regular air. In my world, the air is much thinner in the Void, making the creatures and people there evolve to need less oxygen. When in a place with regular air, they cannot breathe it properly for extended periods of time without special equipment. The equipment normally takes on the form of gas masks and helmets with filters to thin out the air enough for them to comfortably breath.

Piggybacking off of that, draconic beings, fire elementals, people with general fire magic, and the like also sometimes need masks or helmets with filters because they occasionally, or in some more extreme cases, constantly exhaling smoke so they need filters for the air coming out to prevent them from breathing it in again.

People from low light places, such as the Void, the deep sea, subterranean worlds and places, etc. need sunglasses and goggles to protect their eyes from bright lights, similar to how blind people where sunglasses indoors to reduce glare, discomfort, and harm from UV light.

Chronic illness and fatigue for people that constantly strain their magic or try and force it to do things it can’t do.
