  comfort cinema. So glad to have caught a pristine restored version of the film and a fleeting glimpse of the man himself. The QnA that followed the screening was quite insightful.
  ~ that super 8 footage still manages to shatter my heart into a thousand tiny pieces.

  A pretty decent crime drama. Rahman was the show stealer for me, there was this sense of fear and tension build up whenever he was on screen and he deserved a bit more screen presence. I honestly don't remember the last time I saw this much of a class in a mollywood villian. Isha Talwar was a miscast in this one, the dialogue delivery seemed so staged and plastic. Prithvi's character arc felt pretty much close to Ryan gosling, in drive. Dop (lighting) and background score saves the day, it's commendable.
