Oblivion 2013
So not great but entertaining enough. Has anyone-someone probably has-noticed that all Tom Cruise’s films are a giant love letter to America. He’s so American, he’s barely human just a concept at this point.
Anyway script is cheesy af and the main love interest is the most distressed damsel.
We could play a drinking game where we take a shot every time she moans “Jack” for no apparent reason and be smashed by the 2nd act.Loved Morgan Freeman playing…

Slowest plot ever. Nothing really happens and you’re not given any answers to anything. Very little character develop. The stars given is for the young actors in this who are so talented. Shame they were wasted on this film.

Don't Worry Darling 2022
I feel like we definitely need a good film about what the alpha male podcast bros have planned for us but this wasn’t it. This film was defeated overall by a bad script and poor character development.
Side note: Harry Styles as an incel is truly nightmare fuel. He looks like a yassified smeagol.
Music was 10/10 though.
