All these paragraphs are from the top of my head (I don’t remember any of the characters’ names).
Episode 1:
* The opening was very well made, whilst being difficult to watch at the same time.
* The interrogation scene was extremely nerve racking, confronting the kid over his reckless actions and slowly making it more obvious that he was guilty, even though he said he was innocent at the time.

* Some may argue that this film was too long. However, I feel like it could’ve been 6 hours and still would’ve been a masterpiece.
* I also think this could’ve been better if they added a circular narrative at the start, since everyone already knows what happens at the end. However, the aftermath scenes were very interesting.
* Brad Pitt and Casey Affleck both were the perfect choice for their roles and I don’t think anyone could’ve played Jesse James…
I’m in the 1% of people who enjoyed this:
* I honestly don’t understand why barely anyone likes this. I’ve looked at loads of reviews with mixed opinions and I just don’t get what’s so terrible about this.
* The title drop was cool.
* The cinematography of the Alaskan mountains and the acting performances are both unreal (especially Mark Wahlberg).
* The film was simple, unique, unpredictable and full of mini plot twists.

Negatives:
• Denzel Washington never had enough screen time.
* Too many Spartacus (1960) references.
* Dialogue was barely understandable.
* Film was 20-30 minutes too long.
Positives:
* cinematography was fascinating.
* Interesting storyline.
• The soundtrack was engaging to the audience
* The violence was used at the right times.
I turned gladiator 1 off after 90 minutes but enjoyed the second one a lot
I watched this film in the cinema.
Spartacus (1960) is still better than gladiator 1 and 2 in my opinion.
