how does a movie yap for so long about absolutely nothing??? i know….by exhausting TIREDD sci-fi tropes (nanotechnology AI take over human = bad and scary….but why…). Dialogue heavy films might work fine but there’s nothing interesting to talk about!! + the movie doesn’t make it up in any other way because why is it set in like 3 scenes max…

One of the most powerful movies I've seen in a while. The ending of the movie could not have been more satisfying, the dynamic between Neiman and his instructor truly felt like a car crash you can't, or shouldn't, look away from. The main takeaway from the film was its ability to maintain an incredible momentum, with the pacing of the plot, storytelling, and visual cues all perfectly replicating that of the destructively dedicated drummer.
