  First half of the film is great but the pacing gets weird from the second half onward. 

  Would probably have just given 3/5 but the animation bumps it up to a 3.5

  Solid feel-good movie w/great cooking scenes, but hard to overlook its casually misogynistic treatment of its women characters and how it glorifies the cult of the male chef. 

  Also very much a movie from the early 2010s w It’s cultural references lol
