I thought I’ve watched EVERY Satoshi Kon movie and I was wrong. Satoshi Kon is the real King of Duality.
Only he can make me think and feel deeply of the parallels between memory, reality, dreams and time.
To exist and to love between realities.
He makes my maladaptive daydreams so normal. How is any of this real?
What if everything IS time, memory, reality and dreams all at the same time? Fascinating. Memories are just fragments that make time that make life.
Anyway, this is fucking cinema. This is boundary breaking. This is art. It’s being human.
