Robert Pattinson steals the show in this, first and foremost. I don’t think that’s a controversial take.
Honestly, I like the concept, but the first half of the movie is much better than the second half which drops it a bit. There were also too many random subplots that just went nowhere, which I’m assuming isn’t the case in the book where they may have made more sense.
A fun watch, but I wish it had stuck the landing a bit better.
