what happens when you slap a pejorative like monster onto an innocent child and how does that shame play out and get misunderstood?
so interesting as the viewer is invited to assume the worst of each character and then drawn into their world to learn the truth and their perspective

so lovely and moving. me and georgia watching this in the cinema was basically two motionless robots crying side by side
sexy, tender, strange, sad
the fake looking set was a bit distracting at times but this was balanced out by how compelling the surrealist elements were which felt very ethereal and transcendent. yum
daniel craig is so good and plays vulnerability and yearning in a way that feels quite singular - i don’t know, but i haven’t seen it quite like this in a film before
