I also hate it when my parents turn into fat fucking glutinous pigs and I have to save their asses from some big-headed crow bitch while getting the help from some random ass dragon boy, literal soot or whatever, a masked shadow, a giant baby who turns into a fat gerbil who has to get carried around by a little bird, and also a normal lady who is actually just really nice af

The disturbing undertones in Elvis’s intentions throughout this movie are very apparent and I appreciate Coppola for sharing this hidden side of him. The way he groomed Priscilla and basically trapped her in Graceland is heartbreaking. However, this movie kind of falls flat for me. The aesthetics were definitely there, but I didn’t really have any emotions throughout the film.
