loved the camera work so much! the way the story unfolds in a non-linear way was really captivating to me yet i was frustrated and disappointed at what appears to be the regular/constant and strange normality everyone seem to accept throughout the entire movie (which i at first misinterpreted as a bad scenario and the absence of acting skills), not to mention the lack of character development (especially when it comes to REAL situations you based your movie on)..

Beautiful Boy 2018
"the monsters gone"... devastating movie but so tender in the way its constantly reminding us "but we are all humans". its carefully guiding us to a better understanding of every povs, and better than that, human beings, feelings, at their very core. timmys peak acting on top of that ugh.......if it only was for the scenario i would've immediately given 5 stars.
