  This low-budget debut is full of passion and beautiful visuals. The acting performances feel so natural and genuine. The cinematography is also fantastic and the film's use of one-takes is incredible. Exciting debut!

  wow i really didn't expect to like this as much as i did. the cgi is very hit or miss and some of the monsters look a bit goofy, but aside from that i had a blast watching this. the 2hr runtime really just flies by and i found the action sequences to be really fun. anya taylor-joy and miles teller are also really good in this. i liked the little nods to whiplash and the queens gambit as well. 
  it's really a huge shame that this isn't getting a theatrical release because it'd really shine on the big screen. still a really fun time though
