ok. so. i have very mixed feelings about this film…
i quite liked the premise of the plot. nagisa taking in her relative’s child, ichika, while also trying to life a typical life being a trans woman in japan, and ichika, who is being neglected by her mother, wants to be a ballerina. the dynamic of these two characters was very impactful to see, as the one who ended up acting as ichikas mother, was nagisa.
HOWEVER, what i did not like too much was the ending. like…. i would go more into detail but i am still organizing my thoughts about this film. 😭😭😭
