  while sometimes jumbled and overly grotesque, mickey 17 takes you into an absurdly dark dystopian future where the most vulnerable lives are discarded for the upper class’s ambitions and entertainment. bong joon ho once again forces you to think about the inequality between the rich and the rest, and robert pattinson delivers a performance (and an accent) that is impossible to forget.
