I watched the special edition cause everyone said the theatrical cut sucked ass.
Whoever decided to shit on the previous movie's ending is crazy though. And I was very angry about it. When I got over it and accepted it, I enjoyed the movie.
It's a very bleak nihilistic movie, but I think that fits the franchise, and Ripley's character. as a story. I really enjoy stories with tragic heroes, and Ripley is one for sure.

I loved this.
It's so enjoyably campy, and completely unexpected from this franchise. I had a ton of fun and laughed quite a bit. I did groan quite a bit due to how sexist some lines are, but I think Weaver's delivery and performance makes those not suck as much as they do.
If you hate this movie you're a nerd.

Fire Birds 1990
This is a horrible movie, but it's really funny at times. Military and drug war propaganda, with a ridiculous plot where the cartel owns 2 fighter jets and a military helicopter.
There are three good things in these movie:
1. Tommy Lee Jones' character is adorable and accidentaly hilarious.
2. Eyebrows doing stuff

Rumble Fish 1983
This is a movie I'd watch again and I feel like i need to in order to fully appreciate and understand some of the choices made, which is something I don't usually do.
What I liked:
- FFC is an amazing director and this is a wonderful example. The movie is filled with amazing shots and sequences.
