It Ends with Us 2024

that felt way too long for a movie. i didn't read the book and i'm not a fan of colleen hoover so i watched this movie blind, and i'm just glad they didn't do the whole "i can fix him" shtick and still ended up together. which is a bar made in hell btw. other than that, it was really hard to watch in the sense that: 1) it's such a tedious movie that goes on for way too long…

the most insufferable group of people i've ever seen in my life. wanted them to blow up so bad when i found out they betrayed andi, and they did !! andi and helen are two of the most baddest bitches i ever did see, and blanc is literally THE father ever. such a satisfying end, i was so glad that helen "andi" didn't actually die or else i would've been so devastated. andi's friends still suck even if they had a change of heart at the end tho... they're literally just social/financial climbers who'll suck on whichever golden titty makes itself available to them LOL

finallyFINALLY !!! a movie where Nicholas Galitzine doesn't play the most poorly-written character ever !!! honestly, after Purple Hearts and The Idea of You, i really needed an actually good movie with Nicholas Galitzine in it or i would've really pavlov'ed myself into resenting the sight of him alone. this movie definitely changed the way i saw Nicholas Galitzine though, because THIS. THIS is RANGE. i knew he was meant for other roles when seeing him play an obnoxious fuckboy…

this is not an age gap movie. i don't care how many times they mention it, but honest to god, it was barely a pivotal point in the movie. it's mostly "oh she's a cougar oooh" but otherwise, the movie failed to take into account ACTUAL issues that age gap relationships have that make them so "forbidden" and "taboo". the appeal of an age gap is the power dynamic between the older and younger leads, but this movie had none…
