babylon is pure chaos in the best way possible. from the wild opening to the insane parties, it’s just nonstop energy. the film’s unfiltered take on old hollywood is both hilarious and tragic—it captures the highs and lows so well. margot robbie is absolutely electric, and diego calva's character brought a surprising emotional depth. yeah, some parts felt a little over-the-top, but that’s kind of what i loved about it. by the end, i was exhausted but in a good way. the ending of flashing lights and trumpets made me feel entranced leaving the theatre.

Fight Club 1999
perfect. i watched this film during one of the lowest points in my life, and it gave me a moment of clarity i desperately needed. it made me realize that the objects and material things i’d been chasing weren’t what i truly desired. what i actually want are memories, meaningful connections, and relationships—because at the end of the day, that’s all that really matters.
