the electric state was okay, but it could have been way better. the concept had so much potential but the execution just wasn’t there. the story felt all over the place, it was rushing through major moments without properly developing them and the writing had no real soul to it, making it hard to connect with any of the characters. on the plus side, the cgi was solid BUT for $320 million, i would expect NOTHING less..god damn. 😟

don’t read the overview if you want to be truly shocked. enjoyed this, even though i was very uncomfortable for some of it 🙃 it’s unsettling, intense, and full of suspense with very complex characters which i really liked !
