This was the first "different" movie I ever watched. I was a clueless teenager, walked into the wrong cinema room by accident, and left with a huge "wtf?" in my head. That day, I got a new pair of eyes.
I've revisited it a few times since, but this was the first after reading Infinite Jest and the incredibly sad passing of Gene Hackman. It hit just differently.
