This was maniacally fun to watch in a packed, sold out theater. The script, though ridiculous at times, elicited chuckles from the audience throughout and is especially fun if you just lean into the absurdity of it all. I imagined Tom Wambsgan’s repressed rage at his mistreatment by the Roy family manifested in an alternate universe where he completely loses his shit in suburbia hell
