Adolescence 2025
Thought it was gonna be overhyped with Facebook mums taking over it and half the country talking about it. Usually these big Netflix things that blow up are shit.
But this was actually really good in some ways with 3-4 cast members playing giving v good performances.
The saddest shows/films happen when there’s something you can relate to - moments where you feel like you’ve lived through something that they went through. Doesn’t have to be a remotely similar cause…

Senna 2010
I actually think this is one of my favourite documentaries I’ve ever seen. The footage from it is so good.
I wish more documentaries were like this. If Netflix had made it, they’d have made it in to a 6 episode ‘mini series’ with a load of interviews of random nobodies. They probably would’ve also jumped back and forth in the timeline 50+ times.
Just simple footage, not over dramatised and with relevant interviews and a few opinions from journalists over it.
