Absolutely incredible.
The cinematography shines through with gothic styled shadows, and light. It feels so familiar with some Fritz Lang films, almost painted as a German film in the early 20’s.
Robert Mitchum plays a meticulous criminal, one that, frankly speaking will scare the ever living hell out of you.
