  felt fragmented / unfocused at times but I enjoyed tiptoeing into the world Alex Garland et al have spun out here, it tags so much of the uncanniness in subtle visual and sonic ways. found the pacing a little (non-deliberately) strange (didn’t need the distinct Sectioning, I think?), and the best moments for me were the stretches without text, where we got to just watch things evolve/unfold. perhaps the source narrative (and its mode of telling) resists the framework of…
