Yeno what I don't get. The whole rapunzel escape thing, the whole plot of the movie, was cause she sees floating lanterns each year on her birthday and wanted to go see them not from her tower cause she was convinced they were to do with her birthday. Why didn't mother Gothel just lie about her birthday? Make rapunzel believe she's a couple months younger than she is or some shit. Then she wouldent connect the lanterns to her birthday and probly not run away with some guy to see them!
