The Prestige 2006
One of the best films I’ve ever watched.
The ending had me sat there staring blankly at the screen making sense of it all for 15 minutes.
Think I’ve just about got it.Amazing acting performances from basically everyone. Characters are all so flawed, but infallibly likeable. Tragic but beautiful. Can’t wait to watch it again.

Quite simply put: the best film ever made.
in my opinion anyway :-)Fincher’s directing style is impeccable here; and generates a perfectly meshed style of dark, grungy scenes. The film offers such a comprehensive exploration of the working man, and the true ‘fucked-upedness” that can derive from a life of mundane replication.
