seriously what was this... was honestly weirded out how the audience in the theater was laughing non stop... two stars for the cute costumes and the cinematography (esp the use of different lenses was fun)

The Holdovers 2023
not a fan of christmas movies normally but i loved this one, even made me cry. honestly really well made film, character development 5/5, loved Da’Vine Joy Randolph, plot 4/5 just because at the beginning i felt it a bit dragged and i felt it took quite some time to realized what the point of the story is, but maybe thats just me, cinematography 5/5 loved the cuts and the zooms, soundtrack also 5/5 i think they really matched the 70s aesthetic really well, as some youtube review stated, the movie felt like a warm blanket
