  Negative:
  - There's 0 reasons for the entire first half to be two guys talking about football and movies
  - The relationship between the two guys is unnatural
  - The lighting is bad, but that's expected from what I presume to be a zero budget first short
  - Main character kept looking into the camera
  - Never aim to make your first short film 20 minutes long, start with something easier and don't try to make a short longer than it needs to be

  Positive:
  - Second half is thrilling
  - Ending is good
  - Kills were creative
