  X2 begins with a fantastic sequence in the White House carried out by the sleek Nightcrawler, setting the difference in quality compared to its predecessor right away. One of my favourite parts about this film is Magneto and Mystique's role switching, throughout the movie you're left guessing just whose side they're on. X2's performances aren't anything to rave about and the dialogue still isn't quite up to par with other action films but it works far more than the last…
