The Revenant: Two and a half hours of Leonardo DiCaprio fighting nature, bears, and his will to live. Leo gets mauled, buried alive, and frozen, but it’s his sheer determination to get revenge that left me speechless. This movie is proof that DiCaprio will do literally anything for an Oscar—including freezing in rivers and eating raw bison. 4.5 stars because the cinematography is stunning, but now I never want to go camping.
