Love this film. It showcases women ahead of their time. Empowering creative girls with dreams and ambitions. My only criticism is the ending, Jo does get married, it says so in the novel. Just because someone gets married, doesn't mean they're stripped from their individuality and independence, geez!

Incredible cinematography and mise en' scene! So satisfying to watch. The story also includes multiple life lessons to do with how people who are considered lower class are treated like they're worth less than people who are higher class. Would definitely recommend!!! :D
