I didn’t walk into the theater thinking I was going to love it, but that’s exactly what happened. The visuals were stunning, the acting was incredible and the story drew me in so I was completely blown away. (Also, Thomas just raised my standard in men.) Jokes aside I truly loved seeing the depth of love and yearning between Ellen and Thomas. It’s something I personally wished was explored more in the original. I’m never going to shut up about this movie.
