  Jojo Rabbit 2019

  Taika Waititi’s Jojo Rabbit is a fantastic watch. When you look at other pieces in his filmography, you’d be shocked that something this good was made by the same person who made Thor: Love and Thunder. While I’ve had a majority of the movie spoiled for me, I was throughly surprised as I watched it. Highly recommend. Also, Thomasin Mackenzie is significantly better in this than in Last Night in SoHo.

  A blatant disrespect to Monster Hunter. It’s my favorite series and it’s so unique in the way its world revolves around the complex relationship between man and monster. Hunters don’t hunt for fun, they hunt to preserve the ecosystem. They’re as big of a part of it as the monsters are so it’s all about maintaining balance. This is just a bunch of slop, painting the hunters and their world as backwater savages. Also, what a severe lack of monsters!…

  As a long time Star Wars fan and an advocate of the Clone Wars, I had high hopes for this series. It wasn’t perfect, but it was still pretty good. I enjoyed it and liked seeing certain animated characters being translated to live action. Interested to see what they do next.

  The last bit of the Lilo & Stich series. Clearly a tv movie. It’s nice to see some of these designs for Stitch’s cousins as they’re pretty creative.
