if you know me you know i’m a sucker for revenge plots… this film executed that perfectly and more in my opinion. the brutality, whilst slightly unrealistic was definitely satisfying. though as i said some of it was a little unrealistic i didn’t really mind, half the things i watch aren’t based on realism so it didn’t really make me mad. the cinematography especially with the snow was beautiful i loved it so much. for a film of this length…

girl don’t even play… horror films aren’t usually me forte cuz i’m a pussy and hide behind my hands the entire time but surprisingly watching this on a whim and at 2 in the morning did wonders because i watched it without closing my eyes once. it’s a good film, definitely has its downfalls but so does every film, id recommend it the plot is interesting and not something you see everyday. what i will say though is that if they don’t make a second film it would be a robbed opportunity with that ending

lowkey had me confused for about 5-10 business days but once i got it- it was such a good and interesting plot definitely not something i’ve seen before. only reason it’s rated so low is because i jumpscared myself and it kinda traumatised me (don’t ask how there are things better left unknown for the sake of my pride)
