The voyeuristic, family-centered, incestious, less developed cousin of A Ghost Story (2017).
Loved the choice of POV camera, really loved the family dynamic, but the writing let down the film.
Whoever was responsible for writing all of Ryan’s dialogue LOVED Tate from American Horror Story. Ryan’s writing and entire role in the plot felt so cringy that it brought down the movie for me. I think it could have been so much more interesting without him in it.
Also the twist at the end of this movie feels like a direct imitation of some of the story elements from A Ghost Story.
