  This short should have won the Academy Award hands down (respectfully to Wes Anderson). It's funny, it's moving, it' touches on prescient cultural themes (male loneliness), it's dark, it's truly everything I love in a script and want in a movie. Love love love.

  highly recommend watching this with your adult friends for the sentimental laughs. Frankly, Cage did a great job with what he got, and as an adult it's crazy to see how many heavy hitters made a cameo.

  Truly like a history buff was like "how can I drop as many historical facts as possible and make kids learn"

  My favorite plot hole (among many) is, for the Independence Hall thing to work, the founding fathers of the lil treasure hunt would have to specify a different time for each day. As the days get longer and shorter, the 3:22/ 2:22 shadow would fall in different places.

  loved the book, perfect adaptation, love that all the plot holes (lol) are filled in at the end, the character acting is spectacular, this is a cornerstone of my childhood and while I am so willing to hear criticisms, but to me this film is undeniable.

  Also if you were a child when you saw this, who did you have a crush on? For me it was Zero and KKB
