  I watched the first 20 mins or so of this with Jessie and i was like cute albeit unrealistic and then after watching the rest of it today idc if it's unrealistic it was 1995 so wtv but anyway sooo cute and endearing, first thought though these cannot be the same 24 hours that i get in a day how the hell did they do all of that no naps in between? listening booth scene and phone a friend scene were adorable i love a love story what can i sayyy

  i decided to watch the movie after reading the book (book is great btw) but they changed so much in the movie that i genuinely found it unwatchable and didn't finish it. they bastardised literally every single character, especially Lisa, and added these weird racist (valerie is literally a blonde white woman in the book) and romantic subplots that didn't exist in the book this is just #notgood
