Terrifier 3 2024
Saw this as a double feature with Terrifier 2.
Talk about the gory kills (especially that community shower scene)!
Tom Savini, Clint Howard, and Jason Patric were excellent bonuses.
Mixing Art the Clown with Christmas gives us an extra horror boost for the season.Time was shorter with this one, but still could have shaved off a little more.

Duration…too damn long and you can feel it. Even though I thoroughly enjoyed it, I kept expecting it to end at least five times in the last half hour.

God Told Me To 1976
A very interesting story and concept that has an odd patchwork of scenes that seem to be from different movies. The flow is strange, the effects remedial…but the acting from most of the actors and the filming location of a gritty 70s New York are strong enough that it pulls me in and leaves me in a lingering eerie state of perplexity by the end of the film.
I wouldn’t be surprised if God tells me to watch this film again.
