  Why did this get so much get? It's a fun movie.
  People probably had a lot of expectations given that it was released on Disney's 100th year, and yes, if you watch it with that in mind, it is a bit disappointing, but that's not the movie's fault.
  It has a nice message and storyline. It could have been developed a bit more and made more of an impact had it been a bit longer, but overall it is a good movie.

  This is simply fantastic and Eliza is incredible. I need more live stages of musicals please.
  Knowing the songs so well why do I still get emotional watching this?

  Sonic the Hedgehog 2020

  Ok, so I watched it and, to be honest, I thought it would be worse. It's not an awesome movie by any means, but it serves its purpose I guess. And we need to thank the animators for fixing Sonic's design, who Ben Schwartz voiced greatly.

  I'm not familiar with the Sonic 'universe' so I thought they would try and explain things like they would in any normal movie but apparently that 2 minute bit at the start was enough.…
