  Left me an absolute mess. Was not the lighthearted claymation I thought it was going to be.

  Brilliant storytelling and so great to see an Australian film get so much international buzz.

  Whilst I understand what the film was trying to do (showcase the events as they were broadcasted), the choice to do so with a tight 90min runtime left the film thematically shallow and restricted. 

  In saying that, the film’s ability to create tension from its opening scenes all the through to the closing credits is something to be celebrated.

  …I’m also a sucker for a newsroom drama.
