  shyamalan movies almost always go through the same process for me

  1. wow this is a cool concept
  2. cool opening, let’s see how this goes
  3. a twist
  4. a mid movie that didn’t stick the landing

  and trap might be the worst offender of them all. not a single good actor except for the teenager and MAYBE the mom. the cinematography was… interesting, but has some cool moments. not much of a score at all

  You guys remember when Disney would release garbage sequels to classic animated movies straight to DVD? And nobody remembers or cares about them?

  That’s exactly what this movie is. Garbage compared to Megamind 1. If this was in isolated movie, not based off of existing IP, it would be just fine and blend in with every other generic animated movie for kids today. 

  But it’s not. It’s based off of one of the most beloved animated movies of all time…

  Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 2024

  This movie was actually… good?

  While there is still too much vulgarity and things of that nature for me, the rest of the movie was actually fine. A decent story, good visuals, this is a huge step up from the first. But still too much perversion from the director.
