  definitely had an “Insecure” feel

  idk about the whole best friend dynamic but if there’s one Issa Rae is always gonna do right it’s that soundtrack 🙂‍↕️

  SZA’s character having the same name as me really threw me off, that never happens especially not when the character’s a Black girl/woman but it was a pleasant surprise (although she pissed me off most of the movie lol)

  there’s a whole part towards the middle that takes place at a blood drive, i just didn’t look/listen for a few minutes

  started it like 3 different times and never got past the new 15 minutes, finally decided to sit through it and i’m glad i did :)

  they look so good together, it was the Black romcom we needed fr 🤎

  misunderstandings if they were a movie

  as soon as i saw Hiroyuki Sanada, i was seated

  Joey King being in this :// but her character’s end and the rest of the cast being stacked cancelled out her presence 

  i understand the Aaron Taylor-Johnson hype now 

  felt like Kingsman but on steroids, and that’s saying something

  there’s something about a story set on a train where it’s bound to be good af

  I decided to watch it on my own because of how awesome the opening is, so I only have myself to blame for the suffering I endured…
  the opening is one of very few good things about the show and the others include the only enjoyable character Marie (Masaki Kobayashi) and Rui wasn't bad too
  absolute shit show with the messiest plot ever, don't waste your time, I still wish I could get mine back

  also I just remembered that someone personally recommended this show before I watched it , so now I have to go block them for that hateful act
