Whiplash 2014
awful, terrible, depressing movie about a college student aspiring to be one of the best drummers but had the most abusive & toxic music teacher. What’s makes me sad is that there are music teachers out there who destroy people like the dummer kid in the movie. 1 star is being generous, the ending was AWFUL and it left me in the worst mood.

verrry interesting documentary, I learned so much about the history & culture of the Indigenous community of the Yanomami. It rly angers me that their natural environment in the Amazon is threatened by the GREED OF WHITE PEOPLE 😠 gRrrarRrRrrr just let the people live in PEACE

The Impossible 2012
this movie left me emotionally exhausted but was so well done. it’s called the impossible for a v good reason…the fact that this family survived the worlds largest tsunami in recorded history is absolutely unbelievable. It rly proves that no day is guaranteed and life is so precious. I gave it 3.5 bc they casted a white family but in real life they were a family from Spain. Overall, remarkable story but prepare yourself.
