The script seems like an AI wrote it, Jated Leto's joker is so bad it's offensive, and there is no part of me that believes Cara Delevingne is a threat to anyone. Margot Robbie and Viola Davis are truly the only beacons of light in this circus; the only reason it even gets two stars. Plus waiting seven years to watch it gave me the benefit of going into it expecting a pile of shit.

I don't know that I've ever seen a more accurate representation in media of what being an awkward teenager in middle school is like. Down to the actor's, (particularly Elsie Fisher's,) mannerisms and the way they deliver their lines, it all feels strikingly familiar.
