  I’m a slut for A24 just like the next girl. But I really wish there was more lead up to why the country is in complete shambles. I feel like it would be crucial to understand the pure hatred the citizens have for one another. But overall, this is a very real situation that could happen. Good amount of gore to emotion as well. Just simply could have added more story; another 35 could have been added with just backstory and potential aftermath.

  I can’t tell if I feel bad for the mom, or bad for Lady bird. I know the mom is trying to provide and love her unconditionally, and I know Christine is trying her best to say thank you, but a frayed relationship is hard to fix until it’s too late.
